Welcome to Superior Cleaning Solutions's terms of service! By using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Service Agreement: All services provided by Superior Cleaning Solutions are subject to the terms and conditions outlined in this agreement. By scheduling and/or accepting a service, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms.

Payment Terms: Payment is due upon the completion of each service unless an alternative arrangement has been made in writing. We accept cash, checks, and major credit cards. Late payments may incur additional fees.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less notice may be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the scheduled service cost.

Liability: While we take great care to provide excellent service, Superior Cleaning Solutions is not responsible for loss or damage to personal property. Please ensure all valuables are secured before the service begins.

Customer Satisfaction: If you are not satisfied with the cleaning service provided, please notify us within 24 hours. We will make every effort to address and correct any issues promptly.

Access to Premises: The customer must provide Superior Cleaning Solutions with access to the premises during scheduled cleaning times. Failure to do so may result in additional charges or rescheduling fees.

Termination: Either party may terminate this agreement with written notice. The customer is responsible for any outstanding payments for services rendered up to the date of termination.
